“Freelancer” and “remote” are not the same thing. Remote refers to where the work is performed. Freelance refers to the working relationship. Remote workers are often employees as opposed to being self-employed. Don’t confuse a remote worker with a freelancer.

Why does In-N-Out have the most rabidly loyal customer base (try getting a burger in less than 8 hours at a new location!)?

No Franchises = Control of Quality

- Innovative focus on customer experience
• No freezers, microwaves, or heat lamps
• Had the first ever drive-thru speaker
• Stupid simple and consistent menu

- Higher CEO rating than Microsoft’s Satya Nadella and Chick-fil-A’s Dan Cathy

- She is a huge philanthropist and passionate about improving the lives of individuals and families affected by substance abuse and/or human trafficking

While Snyder herself has not made political contributions, during her presidency In-N-Out Burger and affiliated entities have donated $275,000 to the California Republican Party and $750,000 to the Congressional Leadership Fund, a Super PAC dedicated to electing Republicans to the U.S. House of Representatives.The company has also donated $180,000 to Californians for Jobs and a Strong Economy, a Super PAC dedicated to electing moderate and pro-business Democrats to the U.S.

Lynsi Snyder is criminally under-appreciated.
