Covid= locked down with 184 women in a small space,with 2 jpays,6 phones inside,no big yard,minimal small yard, officers angry cause many are sick and working overtime. It was beyond inhumane. In this lull, it would be wonderful to see @GovWhitmer make freedom forward policies.
