The constitution says no such thing. Marriage by repute (reputation) AKA requires cohabitation for a period enough for the society to say they are married (reputation) and not recognizing the marriage will be unfair, e.g. in succussion or divorce.

It's usually 3 yrs

Trevor just made a mistake of not clarifying it was a joke or saying allegedly.

Ask BBC and CNN they know trump is good at these defamation cases.
