@FlySWISS Hi Ute - mir wurden nur die Taxen erstattet. Auf meine Beschwerde hin wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass mein Ticket nicht erstattbar sei…als würde das eine Rolle spielen, wenn die Airline den Flug von sich aus annulliert 🤦♂️

They should help you think through the challenges to come up with the answers!
Entrepreneurship & Innovation is NOT an *idea* or *creativity* challenge.
It’s a *perseverance* challenge: do you have the determination to *adapt* your idea *UNTIL* it creates value for customers embedded in a profitable & scalable business model?
There seems to be a fear of missing out when it comes to innovation labs.
Other companies are doing it, so leaders want to do it as well.
These innovation labs are setup with contradictory goals and objectives.
Such labs are also more likely to close after 2-3 years.
It is hard to be a #pirateinthenavy.
While startups are focused on enemies and competitors that are outside their company.
Innovators within large companies have to contend with enemies and competitors inside their own companies as well.
