Busy first day of camp. Team Red is in the lead after our first 3 events of mini golf, frisbee relay and Mario kart. Also introduced kids to the game of Kubb. Headed to Oregon Park West for hills in the AM

Excited to take 29 guys to our overnight camp this weekend at Lorado Taft. Matching our largest group. This year they will be split into 5 teams to compete in our first ever team olympics. First event tomorrow is a round of mini golf.

Shane Cohen of Virginia… what a story! 1:59 PR coming out of high school in the 800m. Then spent 4 years at University of Tampa and in his final year only ran 1:54 for 800 and didnt qualify for D2 Nationals.

Today he is the NCAA D1 Champion at 800m!

Jack Jennings caps off an amazing freshman year with a 17th place finish in the 3200. He finished the season with the following PRs
