@virginmedia Got a 4pm to 7pm engineer appointment booked for today. No engineer has arrived. Currently on your chat bot and WhatsApp service to find out what's going on and not getting a reply.

The so-called energy regulator Ofgem says energy bills from April will rise by 6.4%
The Government must step in and impose a real price cap and tax energy profits more to provide extra help to people.

@mandm been trying to get hold of you for 3 days now, shocking customer service. No phone number on the website. Trying to return an item. Your website says you'll be in touch in 24 hrs by email.... 72 hours gone and still no contact 🤷🏻🤷🏻

Once again @edfenergy your customer service team have excelled again. After contacting me to say you were passing my issue to the correct team so it could be sorted, a whole week has passed with absolutely no contact whatsoever. Fantastic customer service, well done EDF 👏👏👏👏

Currently running at nearly 5 months. EDF have cancelled my appointment twice.

@virginmedia It's now nearly 36 hrs since originally calling.... Still can't get to speak to anyone, and the only response is that virgin media are aware of an issue and are trying to fix it.
@virginmedia shocking customer service fro virgin Media today. No Internet and no TV and can't get through to an actual person at virgin Media to get it sorted. Phoned 789 and have been told of issues in Sa11 3yn post code area and that's been all day. Not happy
