@GoFirstairways I’m sorry - your automated bot-like reply helps no one. The inconvenience of having elderly passengers bearing unlimited hours of delay, 0 senior personnel to answer passenger queries and a string of such complaints across multiple flights is unpardonable
@GoFirstairways is the WORST airline in recent history. BLR-BOM flight (G8399) made a ~2 hr flight into a ~7 hr #nightmare! No #senior staff, and we had to #fight to simply not have this delayed indefinitely! @DGCAIndia - this is NOT an anomaly!
