Why @O2 that I upgrd my phone end Aug 22, brought @ sme time protective cover from the store. Twice I've dropped phone accidently whilst standing still. Twice my phone is damaged yet u won't do it under warranty when yr produst has failed 4 a 2nd time to protect my phone 🤔

@MartinSLewis @ScottishPower are a joke! Ive rang to say ive paid what I can & + the £67 I'm still o/s £73! So majority bill paid but im still chged £10 late pymt &being threatened wth another late pymt fee if still o/s. Ive spoken 2 them but still being threatened cos I dont want to be on DD!
