And he said I had to comeback after being there 2 hours and still couldn’t get it on. A different rep in the morning only took 5 min to get it turned on. So now they need to get the transfer payment for payout handled immediately

The @TMobile store on 64th I give a 1 star because the rep didn’t do what he said. Only half was handled. The trade in promotion of 1000$ off and the 200$ prepaid card for WiFi transfer but did not follow up with the transfer to pay my spectrum Google pixel 9a phone payed off

Well also since the rep lied in the store he lied against my religion because business isn’t handle not even from tlife app, it’s all connected so the whole Tmobile store, tlife app and Tmobile are responsible for the rep lying and that hurts my soul. PAIN AND SUFFERING NIW

Well @TMobile @TMobileHelp is trying to screw be over. The #tmobilestore at the store said if I trade in my Spectrum Phone I’d get 1000$ applied to my account over 24 months and it was applied then he also said since I ‘TRANSFERRED’ that #Tmobile will also submit payment to pay
