Exercise of the day: Russian Twist. Anchor feet under couch, Lean back at 45 deg. angle, twist side to side w/full range of motion. 5x25reps

Beware of nutrition labels claims: Just because something is "Fat Free" doesn't mean it is good for you. Beware of Sugar and Carb Levels too
