Herd will be grazing this clover rich sward reseeded 25 year ago while we are at #Ploughing2022. By carefully moving the the fence our animals can be well fed whilst grazing the pasture
optimally to allow plants regrow.#agtech

The bulls diet is a kale hybrid, haylage and some concentrates. The fence moves twice a day releasing 16 sqm per head in small portions. This saves the labourer the difficult task of moving a fence in these harsh conditions. The fence can be controlled remotely.

Gigginstown Angus Pedigrees being prepared for the tough "work" of siring in herds across the country next spring. Animals thrive better and are more resilient being fed on a cover crop.
