Immediately after my race I got a cold for 2 weeks 😭back at it, definitely lost some fitness but felt good nonetheless!

Starting a thread to document my running journey! Using this to keep myself accountable and let people see my progress.

I used to run consistently 3.5 years ago but had to stop due to an injury, never got back into it. Nows the time. Here's day 1! 5k, easy pace no walking break!
