I've been marked "ineligeable" for advanced features for no apparent reason, with the only "negative history" on my channel being a copyright claim. In the settings it says that all that's needed is for my account to be old enough, but it's already 10 years old.

@joan_jimeno @FCopernicium @noblies To add to that, I think it was only the first ten pull of the novice banner, so he only got Noelle from it and nothing else, which falls in line with getting all the guaranteed free characters (free since you get at least 10 pulls in the mail for just reaching AR5 iirc)
