@C_ArsonBlazeman Mod chart support with in game effects is something that is on our radar. A similar effect was turned into an attack power for battle mode meaning it has capabilities to only apply to specific segments. So mod chart support with effects like such can be looked into.

@donkey_slut It hasn't. We have a variety of songs currently in the charting process and "Past, Meet Present" is one of them. When new charts are ready, they're announced alongside updates.

We've been working hard on the next #FretSmasher update which overhauls the entire rendering system for improved performance and a stable framerate.

@Apollyon_NOIZE I'm assuming this means songs with extremely high chart object counts, if so, performs much better!

The new rendering system outperforms the current system players have access to by just a little under double the performance on my system. - Morgan

Rhythm Bang PTB v1.5.0 introduces a redesigned song select menu and 2 new songs including Destroy by Tr3murz and Vessel by DRACONIUM.

@naterox2004 We're still in active development and in the Alpha stage. We do have a playtest ongoing over on Steam if you're interested in bug testing. This Playtest is limited to a specified number of users but does get expanded upon with each update/patch as the game becomes more stable.

Do you need a challenge? Try the Pro Full Combo mode.

Miss one note and the song fails. But be careful as the hit window is even tighter.

Hit Window: 120ms -> 100ms
Fret After Strum: 45ms -> 37.5ms
Strum After Hopo: 80ms -> 66.6ms

A total of 704 unique leaderboards for custom charts have been made by players in the Fret Smasher Playtest so far.

@SailorRanger Vocals are only implemented to the extent of on screen lyrics. There's no current plans for a playable vocals mode as of this time.
