Fernando Tatis Jr. leads MLB in HR (11), RBI (28), runs (23) and is T-1st in SB (6). In the Modern Era, @tatis_jr is the 2nd player in history to lead MLB (or tie for lead) in R, HR and SB this late into a season, joining Honus Wagner (led as of July 13, 1908) @EliasSports

He’s the 1st player in MLB history to lead (or tie for the lead) in R, RBI, HR and SB this late in the season (RBI's began being recorded in 1920). And he’s the 1st player since Ty Cobb in 1909 to rank 1st or T-1st in HR and SB in MLB this late into a season.

@tatis_jr earned his 1st career Player of the Week honor today, becoming the 1st Padres winner since Manuel Margot in July 2017 and the 1st SD INF since Chase Headley in Aug. 2011. In 6 games, he hit .435 (10-for-23) with a 1.261 SLG and 1.741 OPS with 7 runs, 1 2B, 6 HR & 9 RBI

His .625 SLG after 100 games is the 4th highest of any MLB player within their first 100 games (min 3.1 PA). Trails only Rudy York (.640), Mark McGwire (.638) and Ryan Braun (.628)

With LAD's 11-7 loss today @ STL, it moved the Padres into 1st place in the NL West. Per @EliasSports the last time the Padres have been in 1st place in the NL West after the first 13 games in a season was in 1998, the year they won the NL pennant. SD was 11-2 on April 13, 1998.
