We decided that we wanted to learn about Sweden in room 4 this week! Today we tasted some Swedish food! We tried cinnamon buns, meatballs, crisp breads and sardines! 🇸🇪

We loved all of your spotty outfits and pudsey ears today! Thank you for supporting children in need! We made some yummy pudsey biscuits today too and decorated them with lots of spots! 🐻

This week we created amazing firework pictures! We created painty marbled pieces and added paper sculptures to them!

What a painty day! We looked at the work of Jackson Pollock and explored colour mixing using red and yellow! We splatted and swooshed and slipped and slid in the paint! 😁🤣

Today we explored ways of making 4! We used a part part whole model and numicon too! 4️⃣

We loved using the apparatus in P.E and putting together everything we have learned so far! We can now jump and land safely, travel in different ways, balance on different body parts and log roll on the mats!

This week in music we tried some new instruments and practised keeping the pulse! 🎶
