@MyCommTrans your bus 130 refused to stop at my stop and pick me up. 2:50pm Saturday 14 sept, near aurora tc. Why did he pass up people waiting at a stop

@nbminor @RideRTD @METROHouston @mtamaryland Because most of their riders on the bus network don't care about how many ways they can buy their ticket. Make the myride card able to hold a pass. Make it easier to reload at TVMs. Bring back a weekly pass.

@nbminor @RideRTD @METROHouston @mtamaryland That's nice. I think them looking at routes and completely revamping service is what will gain ridership. Extending service to new business parks (I.e. Amazon in Thornton and Aurora) will be huge in advancing ridership, and to stop focusing on "new technology"

@RideRTD if the bus isn't announcing the stops, per ADA guidelines shouldn't the operator be announcing the stops? If I was hard of seeing I wouldn't know where to get off. Bus 6358, block 11, rt 16➡️golden

@RideRTD hey. If I get a 3-hr pass via a 10-ride ticket book can I upgrade it to a day pass? The operator of the 169 refuses to give me a day pass even though I've paid the $6. (169 SB, Bus 6292, block 1, Airport/Colfax at 5am)
