@JFPuget @kaggle I found this competition way too short. I spent ages working on helmet detection on images in their original size instead of simply downsizing them... and it turned out to be a complete failure. I guess we all learnt about project management on that one, haha.

@JFPuget My guess is that they use this kind of "high-resolution" lidar for their self-driving car project. The 3D information generated by the photogrammetry processes for Google Street View and Google Maps should be good enough on its own.
