@SharonRoseLive I cried during every one of your songs today (matinee). I am helpless. How do you do it? What a performance, the whole cast and ensemble were magical. Jumped up for ovation spilling my drink all over myself. Wonderful. #hamiltonmusical
@emmachallans@proud2bOps@NHSEmployers@NHSConfed@NHSEngland I think nhs staff would also love to see solidarity from government, leading by example and using the tools to assess their own culture and leadership. All in it together, opportunities to improve and not reinforcing a blame-based approach.
Disability History Month starts today! Check back throughout the month to see events, resources, opportunities for learning and the launch of new initiatives that support Disabled staff in the NHS #DisabilityHistoryMonth#NHSDHM21#OurNHSPeople @NHSE_Diversity
The WDES Annual Report 2020 https://t.co/2ZNOgPHbEj is published and provides us with the first opportunity to compare year on year progress into the career and workplace experiences of NHS Disabled staff since the WDES was introduced in April 2019.
🚨I'm super excited to announce our South East Region Health and Wellbeing Event. Please join us for an afternoon of discussions, connection, and practical approaches to health, wellbeing, and recovery.

Congratulations to @AashaCowey as future digital leader. You may be surprised but I remember seeing you on the @NHSGradScheme and completely foresaw this. Tenacious, open, curious and kind. You always challenge the status quo and know that asking for help is influencing.
@josierones It's so sad that those changing the culture get targeted. But it means you're making waves. Keep going, we're walking/rolling/sitting/ laying beside you.
@emma_mdc @SmallBatchCR@obscurenonsense@LLLGB@LLLGB also know bf is all about the cake! 2 of my local groups made sure to have gf options at all sessions I'd be at 😍
@emma_mdc @SmallBatchCR@obscurenonsense You are doing great and so is G. It gets much easier and you will find new depths you didn't know you had. Keep going and get every bit of help you can. Have you seen @LLLGB yet for info and support? Or some great lactation consultants not too far away.
More & more of the teams I work with are building visuals into their improvement work: sketchnote summaries, creative group work, storyboarding & infographics. There's good evidence to show that this can speed up learning, aid retention & support change. Graphic: @ImpactWales
@Sajidah - have lots of strategies for overly 'attentive' men
- read stories like this and double down on everything you wrote above.
- it still happens.
@TessaRDavis@luybenans Also for women worried about how they look (and people of all genders)
- take the challenge to wear no makeup for a month.
Focus on your work and your impact instead. Embrace the discomfort and notice our conditioning.
@GuiltFemPod challenge changed my life years ago.
@TessaRDavis@luybenans I love this. Neurodivergent and disabled folk may also feel this even more too.
- camera on helps me lip read (captions don't get NHS jargon)
- I cant always read ppt if I have a camera on
- helps me see if my #dyslexic colleagues understand me

@DrSStephens_ If I could have a pound for every time I heard someone dissuaded from progressing or doing the development they want because they have young kids... I could sort out the problem we have with extortionate childcare costs.
