@Shrink_at_Large I've learnt that meltdowns can't be avoided but what helps to treat it is 🐻‍❄️for comfort and eye massager to protect my face when I start to selfharm. 🐸

My speech therapist didn't know about Semi Verbal Autism
I suppose I could find some recourse books on it
