Hey @WestJet. My flight on Dec 21 from yeg to yhz was cancelled. WS392. Have a type 1 diabetic son travelling with me & not a lot of supplies as we were heading home. When will we be rescheduled. This is medically important.

Hey @WestJet. Seeing as you've cancelled flights at #YYZ & #YVR. Why not take the time to fly those of us you stranded in #Yeg trying to get home to #Yhz for Christmas. No response?!?! Not surprising!?!? Over 8.5 hours on hold to be told to wait for my email.....still waiting!!!!
