This is the start of something I have wanted to really dedicate time and energy into and it's going to be done right! I will post here about any upcoming announcements, when streams will be live, and when they are cancelled for whatever reason.
Here’s some ideas that I think would make Pokémon Go a lot better: If you like these suggestions, feel free to retweet this 💡
If there’s going to be a daily limit on remote raids, make it something far more reasonable like 20-30, 5 is simply too low. It’s not enough to even host a raid hour. Free daily remote raid passes. A ready up button for raids, global trading, even if it’s limited to lucky trades or a certain amount a day if done remotely. Localised pvp leaderboards, instead of just global leaderboards. Skipable trade and evolution animations.
A temporary Pokestop you can plant anywhere, similar to a lure but you’re able to put a pokestop down at your location for a certain amount of time for items and such, this would help rual players be able to plant temporary pokestops without having to go through wayfarer to try making a permanent one, only to have it be rejected anyway.
Major gym rework, gyms are stale, repetitive Pokemon are put in and there’s no incentive other than daily coins. Perhaps increase the amount of daily coins given, give trainers a chance to encounter and catch 1 of the random 6 Pokémon in the gym after they’ve taken the gym, this would incentivise people to put much more diverse and rarer Pokémon in gyms. Being able to put 1 legendary in per gym would also make this idea even cooler.
Rocket grunts invites, if you find a really desirable rocket grunt, Gible for example, you could invite a friend to be able to battle that same grunt you’ve found. This would incentivise people who live in bigger cities to grind rockets for themselves knowing if they find desirable ones, they can help a friend out who might live in a rual area.
Buddy Pokémon add ons. Souvenirs are pointless buddy Pokémon rewards. Perhaps, you can unlock exclusive shirts, hats, collars and general accessories you can dress and customise your buddy Pokémon with that are random drops/rewards by walking with your buddy Pokémon. There can be more common and rarer accessories you can find with your buddy Pokémon, this gives you extra incentive to continue to buddy with some of your favourite Pokémon.
Gift and trade items. If I know a free to play player, how cool would it be if I was able to attach for example a few raid passes to a gift I send them? And when they open my gift, they receive those raid passes. Or be able to gift someone 500 pokeballs, berries or potions I’d delete anyway. I love being able to gift out community day tickets to people, but I feel we can really expand that concept with items to help out other players even more.
A practice PVP category, where you’re matched with random battlers like you normally would in PVP, except the battle doesn’t effect your rating. This way if you’re wanting to experiment with different Pokémon and different teams you’re building, you can try them out stress free knowing these battles won’t effect your rating, win or loose. You you can forever test and try out new teams with no worry.
I have so many other ideas, but considering how long this tweet already is I’ll leave it at this for now. Feel free to leave some of your own suggestions and general ideas below 👇🏻

Pokemon Go since 2023
- Killed the global community by limit remote
- Made many mistake and confusion to players from past events
- Not yet announce the big in-person events such as Go Fest
- Ignore the player's voice
It has just passed 4 months but this game have a lot of negative changes 🤔
I have a feeling that Niantic want to discontinue Pokemon Go then focus on Monster Hunter that will be released soon 🤔🤔

Hey-o Niantic!
Listen, I know you’re busy, but this has been going on for 10 days now and quite frankly becoming more frustrating each passing day there’s not a response. That being said, I will persist until there’s no player left behind. So, maybe today you’ll #HearUsNiantic
The time has come. Remote Raiding has officially been nerfed in Pokemon Go. Niantic just took a shit on the entire community. I’ll never pay a single cent to play this game again. It’s been fun while it’s lasted ✌🏽 it’s deuces from this 2016 trainer. #HearUsNiantic
Not everyone has an in person community to play #PokemonGO with.
Remote raiding provides a long term solution for connecting communities all around the world. Limiting remote raids & raising prices only hurts people. Let’s not destroy our online/global community

Here we go once & hopefully for the last time we EVER have to do this.
I stand in solidarity with the #PokémonGo community. No player left behind, it’s time to #HearUsNiantic.

Remote Raid Passes are a CORE Feature in @PokemonGoApp
Limiting & Raising Prices alienates & squanders global communities.
Choose Incentivizing in-person over Reducing.

The Pokémon GO community is once again feeling unheard & ignored...
Niantic, let's talk about better solutions #HearUsNiantic
We love @PokemonGoApp and want it to thrive!
🚨 Being a full time content creator and having the ability to help people raid on a daily basis, @PokemonGoApp@NianticLabs please reconsider your decisions and listen to your actual players ❤️💙💛 #HearUsNiantic
My name is Jason. I’m a day one, player of Pokémon Go. I stand in solidarity with the Pokémon Go community.
Not everyone is fortunate to have a strong local community and others have limitations that make in-person raiding difficult to do. Please, #HearUsNiantic
