spent the last few weeks job hunting and realized it's basically a part-time job on its own. Search jobs, 500 listings, maybe 10 that actually fit, and i'd lose entire evenings just filtering.

so i did the engineer thing and built a tool for my own problem: an agent that reads my resume + what i actually want (role, stack, location, salary) and surfaces only the postings worth applying to, with a line on why each one fits. So far, it has found me 40 high match jobs, applied to 20, 1 callback so far.

it's just a side project, but it's quietly become the only way i look at jobs now.
