@WatchingLurker My experience was if it was attached to a big train station it was generally fine, but smaller stations, yokocho, and the kinds of public kiosks in the clip, it was filthy. Like don't get me wrong, park toilets can be a lifesaver, but they absolutely don't have those walls lol

@ExileGrimm Also for every bathroom with the on/off walls there are tens of thousands of just absolutely filthy doorless kiosks with no soap, hot water, or toilet paper and the toilet is a hole in the ground.
