A friend of mine is a manager in a retail shop, she saw people in droves from Toronto. However, lockdown started December 26 so this excuse is not about anymore. The increase now on US.

We have a public healthcare system like Europe - unlike the US. But, our health professionals, esp doctors are paid almost as much as the US & double those of Europe.
