@wesgay@DrewDisneyDude It is better than the original concept art (part of the river remains). But, it could have been located beyond thunder and add to the MK without destroying ROA and TSI.
@imemegination My concern is not original vs sequel. It is whether or not the movie (the story, etc.) is worth spending money to go see. The Elio marketing has been poor at best - maybe bc the story is not good or maybe it is doing a disservice to the movie.
@JimShull Let Dr. Facilier take people to "the other side" on the re-themed Liberty Bell & drop them off at a new port for Villains Land in the back. Ray can take us down the bayou back to the LS port. Have 4-5 Villains Land attractions rather than 2.
@boss_angeles They could have re-themed the Belle to let Dr. Facilier take over and transport you to "the other side" - with a port at the new Villains Land. Then have Ray take you down the Bayou back to the LS port. Theme the entry & exit to VL accordingly for the story.
@DrewDisneyDude Good point -- why not have the coaster ready to open with Muppets shortly before or after closing MV 3D? Ideally, expand the coaster section and place MV3D there -- attractions for adults and a place for families with kids who can't ride the new Muppet coaster.
@boss_angeles Looks like they are keeping part of the river in Frontierland. And, looks like the overall attraction concept has changed. If they must destroy ROA, this at least looks better than the original concept art.
@frontierlandMK If the current Main Street hadn't come out so good, I'd say the 20's version, so I guess "Lafitte's Island" for TSI. I tend to like small highly detailed projects with autonomy over big ones.
