@BuschGardens severely dropping the ball. I understand busy. I also understand you offer mobile ordering with inaccurate times. I have not seen a single lead all day. We've been coming for a 40 minutes for an order that was estimated for 15. That's before the staff was stressed

@BuschGardens I've never seen this lack of attentiveness from leads and supervisors. Leading to employees having to organize their next moves while doing the job they are supposed to be doing.
It feels like your employees were left out to dry.

@BuschGardens As a platinum passholder I am fully aware of that. As a manager I'm also aware that your supervisory roles need to be evident at all positions in high business time.
My concern was the lack of support for the employees doing their job from upper positions.
