I know a lot, but let me tell you two:
1. If the job is seriously affecting your health, you’re constantly sad, stressed, snapping at your friends and family, withdrawing from people, and generally becoming a version of yourself you don’t recognise.
2. If you’ve stopped learning, you’ve outgrown the role, there’s no room for meaningful growth, and there’s a better opportunity waiting for you.
Is it just me or anyone else stuck in this weird cycle where work is so exhausting that your hobbies feel like too much work, so you don’t do them, and then you go back to work upset that you didn’t take time to do the things you enjoy?
