I think its a terrible system that keeps corporations from paying their employees decent wages but with how spread out the US is small stores cant compete if labor costs are too high.

@HunterEevee @Sainty54321 @JJMMHH80 @DFrankcom Also, i dont like the tipping culture either even though ive worked as a waiter but labor costs are the biggest costs towards small businesses so either they cut workers or close business which would just leave chain stores. Cost margin is too tight as is.

I have friends from Liberia and have met many people from the great nations of Nigeria, Ethiopia, and others. The people are lovely.
