As we are just about to head into another lockdown here in England I wanted to be honest in saying how I struggled the first time round with the feeling of being alone for a long period of time.

I am happy to be there for anyone and help in anyway I can and don’t want anyone to feel alone. It is tough being honest about these things and I’m hoping as the years go on people feel more comfortable being honest about how they feel (me included!)
