Gym guy asked me why I kept looking at my watch. I keep time in between sets because I don’t need to be there for 1.5 hours. He then got into talking about the TRT program my gym has. I’m not opposed to it but I’d have to do some homework.

Did an inbody scan at my gym today. Had great responses on muscle mass for my age, lean muscle mass...then proceeded to tell me to be "ideal", I should lose 47 lbs. 47!

@Michael_Shandro I mean, I am good shape but there is definitely room for improvement. Do I think I need to lose 47 lbs? I think that would put me in the ripped physique area. I’d look great at 20-30 less. I would never get the rose on the bachelorette show but I think I look ok.
