@lizzyoxon @OurCofELike @diocswellnott Liz, the wider encourages the new disciples; deeper is for ourselves; the younger is just younger. It's not about marginalizing anyone just facing a need. The good things is that it doesn't specifiy an age. Our oldest member is 95 so if someone younger than her joins us- result!
