@JeremyECrawford Got one for you, since you're on with spell focuses today. Can a bard use a wand of the war mage effectively? PHB 53 says "You can use a musical instrument [...] as a spellcasting focus for your bard spells". Doesn't say wands. What is the intention (RAI)?

@quadhund @JeremyECrawford @mikemearls The issue is that every other one is inclusive ("all your levels in..." "paladin and ranger") whereas it says "fighter or rogue". 'Or' being the operative part. I'm inclined to treat it the same as everything else (i.e. inclusive), but RAI is what I'm hoping to learn.
