@SouthwestAir bumped me—a disabled person with Stage 4 cancer—from my nonstop flight home from New Orleans yesterday, because it was oversold. Instead, they made me fly to Houston, sit in a wheelchair for four hours, lost my luggage and got me home to LA at 2 AM. $95 cab home.
