@mudirshin @mikealfred He didn’t buy over 5.1 million shares he added to his position taking him to 5.1. He usually adds to his position on the way down and catches the rip on the way up. Most of the time it’s over years.

Be pretty funny if this was my second ratified contract referred to open.
Which leads me to my next thought I have over 5000 satisfied closed clients from my 30 years of my mortgage company. I will be doing lots of referrals because they keep reaching out to me in my retirement.

I think I have my second referral for $OPEN. Not sure if they do 55 and older communities in a golf course or not, but my mother-in-law is getting ready to sell and this would take a lot of stress off of her, clean house 500 K range in Williamsburg, Virginia.

I just hope everything goes well. He’s very methodical like an underwriter and we’re very close to the end.
There’s so much grift in the whole selling process, I have hundreds of stories of realtor failures, title companies over charging, mortgage guys kickbacks to realtors. Sad.

My buddy that I referred to $OPEN is past the home inspection. They did increase the days response from 2 to 5, got that text late last night. So far so good.
I actually can’t believe he’s doing this because he’s a mortgage guy that gets referrals from realtors. I love it.

@pastorcoin No kidding. I’m so tired of hearing for the last six months “ I wasn’t told that”. Dude acted like he was an expert on bitcoin dragging all kinds of people in to buy it and now he’s just finding things out.
