Lovely StirFry Pork and Veg a few evenings ago.

Pork Belly, cut into chunks and cooked off in a wok before adding Ginger, Chili,, Peppers, Chinese veg, Onions, Bamboo shoots and a drizzling of teriyaki sauce.
Throw in a bit of Cumin, cook for a few more mins
job done!
