Lithuania becomes the 2nd European country to activate Tesla FSD — just 5 weeks after the Netherlands kicked it off on April 10.

The Lithuanian Transport Safety Administration recognized the Dutch RDW approval via mutual recognition. No independent testing required.

🚨 It's happening today. The Netherlands (RDW) has presented their Article 39 FSD approval update to the EU's Technical Committee on Motor Vehicles (TCMV) — about one hour ago.

This is a key step toward FSD authorization in the EU.
