Bob Marley was once asked if the perfect woman existed. And he replied:Who cares about perfection?
Even the moon is not perfect, it is full of craters...And the sea?
It's too salty and dark in the depths. The sky?
The most beautiful things are not perfect, they are special!
The Dan Wootton story is much bigger than him.
The silence across all UK Media + attacks on @BylineTimes the only newspaper reporting this story shows that many people are rattled.
But smearing blood on the windscreen of a journalist is really desperate

Sensitivity is a good thing.
Having intense emotions is human. Sobbing for no reason means you’re alive. Down days are natural.
Irrational thoughts happen.
Suffering is an unavoidable.
We’re are not machines.
Sensitivity is a gift. To still be able to feel is something to be celebrated. Being sentimental is a gift. To be moved over things most people don’t even notice, is a rare trait.
Emotionally healthy people know when to let go. They don’t force. They let behavior speak. They move forward trusting relationships end so that more aligned people can enter their lives.
Your future self thanks you for the small choices you make today. Every time you make a conscious choice in alignment with who you want to become, you heal. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Going to bed 1 hour early. Water instead of soda. All wins.
I’d like to think this will be a day of reflection for every single person who enabled Johnson by monstering the alternative. But we all know they’ll never admit they got it so very wrong #CorbynWasRight
Boris Johnson lied his way to power, but he did not do so alone.
Today should be a day of reflection for all those in Parliament & in our media who indulged in his dishonesty.
For those of us who believed in something different, we will carry on fighting for a fairer world.
The normalization of depression has always puzzled me. If a majority of the population works at a job they dislike, comes home to a relationship without connection, and barely has the financial security to make ends meet, depression is the natural response.
Human beings have emotional, relational, and spiritual needs.
When they’re not met, we’re emotionally unwell.
