@blankslate2017 They do unless Virginia takes this up in the State House and Senate this week and vote on it. As it stands now Republicans are looking to gain 10-14 seats. Between all their states currently in the process of changing things. They need to change the current state law.

@hashtag_whiskey @FR33PengShuai @spotrac The answer is he wasn’t a toxic QB last year when he was 3rd string and emergency QB. And he would have a shot to fight for starting position next season. We are paying him and he is better than most if not all 2nd string QBs. So from a financial standpoint this makes sense.
