The next year may have a new set of perceived lower talent teams take their place. It doesn't have to be the same teams each year

@sports8 Don't hate it but may as well make sure conf strength has more parody. Favours Conf A too much. A- needs to be thinned out with diff current ACC teams. Also need to have 8 conf games + 4 non-conf to ensure more rivalry games. Maybe increase to 20/conf -> top 4 in 16 team playoff

@TylerWojciak I think this is short sighted. All programs go through cycles. When Stanford was beating ND regularly in the 2000's, they still knew the value of the rivalry. Now it's our turn. Not the right game to criticize.
