Historic Renovation In Progress: This historic Bay Area home is getting a new two-story entertainment space, with a golf simulator and theater, by lowering the basement by 8 feet and underpinning the entire house with hand-dug piers.
Napa Apartments In Progress: Construction is well underway for this 50-unit multi-family, market-rate development in downtown Napa. FTF is collaborating with architect, Urban Building Workshop and builder, Pacific West Companies.

414 Brannan, built in 1924, is transforming into Epic Church's new home. The retrofit preserves its unique character while updating to modern codes. Construction on shear walls and grade beams has begun.
