Today marks 14 MONTHS since the signing of the #CoHA in Pretoria. Almost all of the major terms & obligations of the Federal Govt of #Ethiopia in the agreement remain unfulfilled. The #Eritrean & #Amhara forces continue to violently occupy ~40% of the constitutional territories of #Tigray & perpetrate genocidal campaigns & atrocity crimes against unprotected civilians in those occupied areas of Tigray including the #Irob district, home to the Irob indigenous minority in Tigray. Over a million IDPs & 70k refugees in dire situations in Sudan, the ongoing war approaching their camps, are unable to return home due to the occupying forces remaining in Tigray.
Across Tigray, millions risk starvation to death, hundreds if not thousands have been dying everyday for several months, by the famine induced by the genocidal war, suspension of humanitarian aid & drought in many districts of the region. The FGoE continues to deny the famine & unwilling to address the humanitarian catastrophe. The authorities in Addis are obstructing the support from the IC by denying the famine. The IC must act in pressing the Ethiopian Govt @PMEthiopia to fully implement the COHA & save millions of lives that face famine.

Hi @reda_getachew, @ProfKindeya, and @hgodefay (tagging you all because you're the only ones of the Tigray IRA I can see use social media),
When will you issue a report on the ongoing famine in Tigray? When will you call for help?
53 years ago, December 1, 1970 #Ethiopia’ army committed the biggest massacre in #Eritrea’s history 1000 people were burned alive in the villages of Beskdira & in Ona on the outskirts of Keren. I was a witness to their burial, the charcoal turned bodies of babies still haunts me
Kudos to @kokobGebruk, our board member, for being acknowledged as a transformative figure in addressing gender-based violence through her efforts in Tigray. We take great pride in her accomplishments.
