#TBT to last week when our FTMA students took a tour of the @shucommtheatre and had their last Directing II and III classes there… we had a great time! Now that classes are over, we’re officially into production season - stay tuned for lots of BTS pictures! 😊
Last week, FTMA students attended the workshop “Makeup Art on Set: Wounds and Bruises” with Dr. Rachel Bauer and learned how to make realistic wounds for film and television! We learned everything from bruises to cuts, scrapes, gashes & lacerations and road rash.

On Saturday, FTMA students attended a fun masterclass on lighting using the ‘Poor Man’s Process’ with Directing Professor Zeke Hawkins & Cinematography Professor Renato Ghio where they learned how to use different lighting techniques to make a stationary car appear to be moving.
