Another super fun ride yesterday with Hestia's Good Energy Club, as we introduced them to Kingston's brilliant Beeline Way! Properly lovely seeing what a positive difference cycling makes to the group's confidence and mental health. 🤩

A reminder that a "cyclist" is just a person riding a bicycle. When that person isn't riding a bicycle, they are still a normal person. They may also sometimes drive a car, making them a "motorist" 😱

"Cycling" is not some secret, elite club. Anyone can be one by riding a bike.

What a great morning for a bike ride with our friends at
@Hestia1970! The sun even came out as we made the most of the autumn colours on our trip through Richmond Park to Ham, before heading back to Kingston via the river. Happy days! 💚🍂🌞

Cycling really does give you wings! Watching a toddler soar up front whilst a retired tandem couple found their turbo mode was a definite ride highlight. Magical to see bikes bring out the joy in everyone, at every age on this fun Kingston ride. @London_Cycling @KingstonCycling
