@BarclaysUKHelp I want to make a complaint. I can not access online banking and have tried to do this by phone. Phone team can or access account to allow me to make complaint. Referred me back to branch, despite branch telling me to do it online. I want a complaint reference number.

@AdamTheAnalyst@BarclaysUK@Barclays I experienced this today in branch and on the phone. This does relate to a transaction that Barclays’ own terms say they don’t accept (cash from third party) yet they did accept over the counter at one of their branches. We are being penalised because of Barclays’ error.
@BarclaysUKHelp And customers waiting for products. Some actual help beyond “we’re really sorry but can’t do anything” would be really appreciated. I need actual answers.
@BarclaysUKHelp I’m honestly sure that your words are heart felt... but no one at Barclays can offer me solutions. Been on phone 3 times today and was told to go into branch. Did this, waited to see someone who also didn’t have any answers or ideas. I have suppliers waiting for payments 1/2
@BarclaysUKHelp Well that was a total waste of time. Can’t talk to anyone who can help. No one knows anything, and I just have to sit and wait for you to sort out your review. This is a shambles. Never experienced such a mess with any bank.

@AdamTheAnalyst@BarclaysUK@Barclays Thank you again. The only out of the ordinary transaction we’ve had is a customer paying £200 over the counter into local branch to cover a deposit on a piece of equipment. Surely something so minor can’t be the cause?
@AdamTheAnalyst@BarclaysUK@Barclays Did they ask you for any help understanding the transactions? Or just reviewed and then unblocked? I wish they would have just asked me about anything without blocking account.
