@HannyahZ @NockCS It’s bad because it’s situational like you said, especially in team fights that decide the game, it’s not helpful at all, and trust me most tech characters REALLY need dstep with how strong burst damage is in this game. Bra isn’t going to stop you from getting one shot like Dstep

@HannyahZ @NockCS You kinda have to know if your character is good at farming or not, and even then even if you are ulthan who sucks at farming, farming at a normal pace still can get you like 10 build up by second boss which is really when high build up stacks actually start mattering
