@jv_carter It’s revolting. Especially considering the majority of restaurant workers are women, it’s an added insult to just tell us to smile more to serve food. ‘Smile and shut up’.

Maybe when restaurant workers get things like dignified and safer working conditions, equitable wages, breaks, oh and NOT BEING THE NUMBER 1 PROFESSION LIKELY TO DIE FROM COVID, maybe then we will “smile” more.
