Fully Noded Server now autodetects your tailscale/ngrok address and creates a pairing QR. FNS hosts a local nostr relay and exposes it to that endpoint. Your comms from FN <> FNS Nostr Relay <> Bitcoin Core.

End result is insane speed and great UX in @FullyNoded, no more spinners.

@FullyNoded now automatically detects Silent Payment inputs when you tap sign in the transaction verifier view and will sign said Silent Payment inputs if you have the signer for it.
