A guest can now cancel the day before a stay and get all of their money back. The host? Only how much their cancellation policy dictates. So maybe only 50% of the money and one day to find new guests. And free cancellations leads to...cancellations. Imagine trying to plan with this.
This is another move by @Airbnb that further alienates hosts, and shows a lack of care.
