A guest can now cancel the day before a stay and get all of their money back. The host? Only how much their cancellation policy dictates. So maybe only 50% of the money and one day to find new guests. And free cancellations leads to...cancellations. Imagine trying to plan with this.

This is another move by @Airbnb that further alienates hosts, and shows a lack of care.

To the hosts, I implore you to look into AtlasOra. Your cancellation policy is your own. We don't interfere with it. We are about 10% cheaper for you when you get a booking. We have impartial disputes. You get paid within 30 minutes of a guest checking in. And from next year you will be able to get your money before they even check in.
