Ladybird is one of the UK's biggest children's books publishers and its books are read by kids as young as two.

The image features a Muslim woman in hijab carrying a baby alongside another woman.

I would argue they allowed unconscious bias to creep into their assessment of a situation with disastrous implications

The investigation will study the police body cam and opine but Hants police aren’t looking good
